been quite tensed up at work recently..
e pressure given by my boss especially..
his demand is getting higher..
n there goes to say abt my work load..
i mean i do understand his point at times..
but i did tell him tt certain things we cant push e staff too hard too..
haha but den again.. as if my words can affect his mind...
haix.. e worse part is tt...
when u r an in-charge wif no much of a power to ur ppl..
things get more tougher..
working life is becoming a much more challenge than b4..
my boss is expecting mi to give him e reports of e staff's performance n everything everyday..
haha but i dun even haf e time to review their daily report la..
doing all e planning n summary reports can take up most of my time liao..
where got time to write other reports for him rite??
he say tt he expects the "black belt" to report to him everyday on e movements of e dept..
but den again.. wat will e dept manager think of us??
a spy?? haha though we r so-called there to help e dept manager..
but den again.. will e dept manager really sit down n discuss abt their staff to us??
its really a big challenge for us..
i hope i can gained e experience thru tis job scope of mine..
n learn how to tackle it when i go other place to work in e future..
